I come with a background of electronics and management studies and have 15 years of experience in HR with Oil & Gas and IT Industry.
I have worked in the areas of Human Resources, General Administration, Automation and Measurement of HR processes and other system developments, Quality Management and implementation of ISO 9001: 2000 standard.

GEMS is a leading company in Oil & Gas Industry having total manpower strength of 350 plus employees and have 15 offices in India besides a manufacturing facility at Pune. GEMS not only supplies Oil & Gas equipments but also provide Annual Maintenance Contracts to the customers.
GEMS has two 50:50 Joint Ventures namely CPL Energy India Pvt. Limited (Gas Equipment Supplier and Service Provider Company) and GEMNICO India Pvt. Limited (Refinery Maintenance Company).
I am responsible for HR Operations with GEMS and Joint Venture Companies. I have direct reporting of 5 people in HR and 3 persons in Admin. I report directly to the President of the company.
